Dr. Katie Eastman has developed a method to address the changes that inevitably come into our lives, both personally and professionally, bringing large and small losses. 

Utilizing the Kübler-Ross Change Curve® with permission from the Elisabeth Kübler-Ross Family Limited Partnership, Dr.Katie helps individuals and organizations embrace their rediscovered strengths without compromising individual and organizational values and priorities. By learning from these losses and leveraging them into growth opportunities, she empowers individuals and organizations with tools to learn from loss and rise to the challenges of change. 

She brings a unique set of skills and training to support individuals, businesses, groups and communities facing the challenges of change. Extensively trained over the past 35 years to identify a person and an organization’s skills, gifts and talents, she is known for her straightforward, engaging and practical down-to-business approach that draws participants into the rediscovery of their unique personal and professional strengths.

She uses a multi-dimensional approach which includes individual and collective values clarification, goal setting, and strategic planning—a process credited with being the basis of many conventional individual and organizational change theories.
